I got my new BenQ / Zowie XL2540 240hz monitor now & and its really good!
But its time to upgrade my PC I only need CPU, Motherboard and RAM., Why? Cuz need more FPS for Quake Champions and my setup is old as fu ck.

sound spiking
ey there,
anyone one knows why do i get sound spikes (lags) even though i have stable fps and stable ping ?
getting this every now and then and its really annoying. game is smooth af, but every now and then sound starts to spike for a few moments and then goes back to normal.

A Humble Plea
Dear Crossfire,
As you all know, teamoxid is hosting an ET LAN event which will take place this May. I mean, how could you not know, right? It's pretty much all over the news section, not to mention the dozens of posts looking for teams, players, and practice. Even someone who only checks CF every once in a while must be aware of it.
Anyway, it has come to my attention that certain members of the community would like to participate but unfortunately cannot afford the extra €15 required for the post-deadline entrance fee. Now you may be thinking, "Really? Fifteen euros? I make more than that in an hour at my job!" But sadly that isn't true of everyone. Some people do not consider spending fifteen euros for the opportunity to win a couple hundred euros to be worth it.

ping problem
i got since a few weeks ping problems. my ping jumps from 48-100 or even more. it is simply unstable. every sec i have 60 ping then 110, then back to 80 and so on. any ideas how to fix this ?
i shouldnt have this problem because i got 50 MB internet and i am using lan kable.
